Laboratory by Design, Inc is looking for an experienced, motivated, results-driven project manager/sales representative to manage existing and new customer accounts in the Southern California region. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and works well with a team of representatives and installers to develop strategies and sales for new clients and existing customers in the Southern California region. Excellent computer and communication skills in verbal and written form are required. Knowledge of the construction industry and ability to read construction plans and drawings a must.
As a member of the LBD Southern California branch operations team, you will be responsible for assisting to fulfill the company’s sales goals and objectives. In addition to marketing and sales, you will perform takeoffs (from blueprints), develop estimates, prepare written client proposals, develop project schedules and cost estimates, supervise projects, and ensure quality control throughout the entire project. On-going business development with our customers including; architects, owners, engineers and general contractors is a vital part of this position.
